Gear Requests
If your player travel player needs additional player distributed items or needs to replace an item, please fill out the form below with your request.
An email will be sent to the requestor once the order is ready for pick-up.
The player's season registration will be charged on the current payment method used for the season registration.
Additional gear ordered is for current Hartland Hockey Club players ONLY. This order form is not for acquiring gear for other siblings, friends or family members that are not currently rostered on a travel team.
